History, culture, politics form the backdrop of my films. But at the forefront, I tell my own unique stories.
I’m obsessed with cinema – both theoretically and practically. I’ve worked in the industry and taken part in numerous film projects, but from the very beginning, I knew I wanted to make my own films. And that’s exactly what I’m doing now.
My main focus is on feature films, but I also produce short films, music videos, and corporate films.
As a German-Greek filmmaker, I’m drawn to stories that build bridges between both of my cultural backgrounds. While history, politics, and culture often shape the framework of my work, I explore themes like alienation, identity, and the search for home – often through the lens of music and hybrid forms of classical and contemporary cinema.
I’m based in Bochum, my hometown in the Ruhrgebiet, and feel a strong creative connection to Thessaloniki, a city close to my roots and cultural heritage.
I’m always open to new collaborations and meaningful projects.
